AnDy & LucaS

Andy and Lucas is a music group from Cadiz.

They were studying together office administration, but when they started singing they arrived the studios.

 
They started to be famous when Jesus Quintero (a famous host) interview them in an important TV programme.

 
The members of the band are: Andres Morales and Lucas Gonzalez and both are the vocals, they have not bass nor drums.

The songs and lyrics are written by Lucas. He has written all of the song and sometimes Andy helped him.

 
Their first album was released in 2003 in was called “Andy & Lucas” and it has 13 songs.

 
They have done 6 albums and with the first album the have sold 800.000 copies, with other album called “Desde mi barrio” they sold 300.000 copies.

The kind of music that the play is flamenco pop.

 
They have won many prizes: with the first album they won 8 platinum disc and with the last disc they have won one digital platinum disc for have more that 20.000 downloads.

 

  

In my opinion it is a great group a like their music a lot. The songs what I like most are “Tanto la queria” and “Ayer iba tan guapa” but all of their songs are very good.
